What to send with a custom request

A picture of the desired part is a useful starting point, but it is not a complete technical specification. Include photographs of the installation area, approximate dimensions and any drawings or existing samples.

Fabrication is subject to review. The workshop will confirm whether it is feasible, how it might be produced, the estimated timing and the price after receiving the details.
